Job Overview

We're seeking customer service-driven individuals who can empathize with consumers and provide thoughtful, articulate guidance. As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you'll handle top clients and use cases, responding to inbound messages via our chat room, and engaging in conversations that require a human touch. Your accuracy and attention to detail will help inform our natural language model, making your role crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound messages via our chat room within 30 seconds, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions canned responses.
  • Create ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Escalate conversations to leadership when needed.
  • Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement.
  • Add relevancy to canned responses.
  • Maintain a 98% or above accuracy in response handling.
  • Maintain a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked.
  • Participate in other projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment.
  • Experience with writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment.
  • Familiarity with verticals like Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, Prescription Drug Plans.
  • Professionalism in all interactions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of excellence/perfection.
  • Comfortability on a computer with advanced typing skills.
  • Good grammatical, spelling, and logic skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, communication, and written skills.
  • Reliable and responsible to a designated schedule.
  • Reliable strong internet/WiFi.

Education:

  • High School or equivalent.
  • College Degree a plus.
