Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently.
  • Assist with Flight Bookings: Help customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights, while providing them with relevant information and alternatives.
  • Provide Travel-Related Information: Offer accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight status, baggage, and other travel-related inquiries, ensuring that customers have a seamless travel experience.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, using problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Utilize Software Systems: Navigate and utilize various software systems to access and update customer information, ensuring that accurate and relevant data is available.

Qualifications

  • Proven Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
