**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer service and operations teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with our operations team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* Identifying and reporting any errors or discrepancies in customer data, and working with our team to resolve these issues
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policies and procedures
**Key Responsibilities**
* Data entry: Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Operations support: Collaborating with our operations team to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* Quality improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to the development of new processes and procedures
* Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, healthcare, computer science)
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
