  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Customer Support**: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information.
  • **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
  • **Information Sharing**: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on blithequark products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
  • **Customer Education**: Guide customers on how to use blithequark online platforms, including booking systems and mobile apps.
  • **Feedback Collection**: Actively seek customer feedback and relay important information to the relevant departments for continuous service improvement.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and reliable customer service.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
