Veterinarian Recruiter – Specialty
Description:
• Connect with, engage, and hire DACVIM (veterinary internal medicine) specialists across Innovetive Petcare’s hospital network.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract DACVIM veterinarians.
• Partner with hospital leadership to understand hiring needs, practice culture, and role requirements.
• Build and maintain a network of veterinary specialists through LinkedIn, professional associations, conferences, and targeted outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers.
• Represent Innovetive Petcare at veterinary conferences, networking events, and online forums.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking in applicant tracking system (Pinpoint) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Report to Courtney Krieger.
Requirements:
• Proven veterinary specialist recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of veterinary specialties, including DACVIM disciplines (Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology).
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to veterinary conferences, veterinary medicine campuses, and for hospital visits.
