About the position
Responsibilities
• Developing and executing effective multichannel content plans
• Collaborating with business leads across a family of services
• Sourcing, pitching, creating, packaging, and distributing content across owned channels
• Developing high quality communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, talking points, presentation materials, virtual meetings, video messages, etc.)
• Managing content for the employee intranet
• Coordinating internal and external communications flow
• Aligning content plans with audience needs
• Identifying local earned media opportunities
• Measuring effectiveness of internal communications channels and audience engagement in an effort to continually improve overall communications strategies
• Additional responsibilities as needs evolve
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, strategically and tactically
• Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deft with spreadsheets (Excel, Smartsheet) and informational organization
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills

• Multimedia and basic video editing experience
