Role Description
This is a full-time Logistics Account Manager role in a remote capacity. As a Logistics Account Manager you will be responsible for managing your client accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing customer service, and handling sales tasks. Responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring timely and efficient shipment handling, resolving customer issues, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Logistics Account Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Sales experience and a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the logistics or freight industry is required
• An established book of business is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
