We're now seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Money Tasks and Correspondences team within the Finance organization, working remotely with a competitive salary starting at $35/hour.

About the Role

As a Program Manager in our Finance organization, you'll play a key role in driving business value by applying tools and methodologies to facilitate highly cross-functional program planning and collaboration on complex projects and initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders and influence cross-functional teams to support novel ideas and decisions, while indirectly driving partners and ensuring the program team's strategy is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand business value by applying tools and methodologies to drive highly cross-functional program planning and collaboration on complex projects and initiatives.
• Deftly adapt to changing needs while continuing to assess the overall health of the program, priorities, and teams.
• Independently drive alignment across various senior leaders and influence cross-functional teams to support novel ideas and decisions.
• Supervise the program team strategy and motivate the team in delivering results on time and within budget for the overall program.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience with industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
• A proven track record of managing complex, large-scale business or IT projects.
• Strong team assembly and coaching skills.
• Ability to mentor other project managers in program and project management.
• General business experience and a long-term degree (PMP certification is preferred).
