Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between blithequark, customers, and patients, resolving routine requests and inquiries via phone, email, or internet
 - Provide product education and handle a wide range of customer questions, ensuring a world-class customer experience
 - Qualify and establish new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
 - Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, providing timely and accurate solutions
 - Notify clients of test results, review test forms for accuracy, and report any discrepancies
 - Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
 - Perform administrative support tasks, including medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
 - Previous experience in a customer service role
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening and response abilities
 - Courteous and customer-service oriented, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
 - Prior experience with YHL or similar laboratory information systems
 - Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
 - Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or hospital
 - Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems
 - Bilingual in English and Spanish
