About blithequark and the Role

blithequark is a leading provider of online chat solutions for automotive dealerships, enabling them to engage with customers in real-time and convert website traffic into leads. As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing top-notch customer service and support via online chat. Your goal will be to deliver accurate information, address customer inquiries, and schedule appointments, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.
  • Provide accurate information about automotive sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients receive valuable insights into customer behavior.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Requirements for Remote Work

To work successfully as a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
  • Live within the state listed in the posting (Tallahassee, FL).
  • Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
  • Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
