About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Strategy & Planning, contributing to large-scale planning and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in identifying strategic business and investment opportunities, evaluating, and approving identified opportunities.
- Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives.
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables and resolve moderately complex issues.
- Lead teams to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor, developing an approach and assessing business real-time competitive advantage.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- A strong understanding of business strategy, financial services, and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A BS/BA degree or higher, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) strongly preferred.
- Experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or prior corporate strategy within Financial Services, FinTech, or BigTech.
- Interest in developing or having subject-matter expertise within consumer, commercial, or corporate banking and its products.
- Strategic, "outside the box" thinking with proven ability to navigate through ambiguity, define and deconstruct problems, and understand the bigger picture.
- Experience independently leading distinct bodies of work and/or projects.
- Skilled at developing an approach and assessing business real-time competitive advantage, leveraging internal and external data and business intelligence.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
