Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Co-op to join our team at TMMAL for the Summer 2023 Co-op Term. As a Co-op, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in three key areas: Team Member Relations, Staffing, and Talent Management. This is a unique chance to apply your knowledge and skills in a real-world setting, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analytics to identify countermeasures supporting various HR projects, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
• Assist in Team Member Relations by providing support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and other HR-related activities.
• Visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track HR metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience.
• Participate in HR projects and activities, such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Sophomore or above standing with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to relocate to our TMMAL location.
• Lawful, unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Genuine interest in and willingness to work in the automotive/mobility industry post-graduation.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous HR-related experience or coursework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
