Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound survey phone calls to gather information from respondents
• Enter data into the computer system accurately and efficiently
• Submit information and classify calls correctly based on individual responses

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for respondents

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills: You must be able to interact with respondents in a professional and courteous manner, handling a range of queries and concerns.
• Proficient English language skills: English must be your first language, and you should be able to read and communicate fluently.
• Technical requirements: You will need a reliable laptop/computer with Windows 10 or higher, a stable internet connection, an internal camera/external webcam, and a USB headset.
• Dedicated workspace: You must have a designated workspace that is free from distractions and background noise.
• Previous call center experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment is required.

Preferred Qualifications
