About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated and passionate Talent Management Analyst to join our Human Resources Department at our Princeton, Indiana manufacturing facility. As a strategic HR partner, you'll play a crucial role in supporting HR processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving organizational development. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management, you'll be instrumental in shaping our workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and processes for various roles, including production, skilled engineers, and analysts, with a focus on diversity and outreach to K-8 students.
 - Support the recruitment of Advanced Manufacturing Technicians and production to maintenance processes, ensuring a seamless talent pipeline.
 - Track and analyze attrition, attendance, records retention, and HR budget, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
 - Lead or support various programs and projects, such as Disabilities Hiring initiatives, the PAVE carpool app, and Workday recruiting.
 - Manage grant support, including capturing training data from the floor and submitting it to the state for grants like the EDGE program.
 - Support retention efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and sharing findings with leadership to inform strategic decisions.
 
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's degree (or higher) in a relevant field or equivalent professional work experience in human resources.
 - Solid experience in HR, with a proven track record of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 - Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
 - Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data to inform HR decisions.
 - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
 - Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
 - Project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Experience with Workday is a plus, as is experience working with Toyota or in a manufacturing environment.
