The Role: Adjunct Faculty for TEC 616 / 660 Student Teaching I

We are looking for an experienced Adjunct Faculty member to teach TEC 616 / 660 Student Teaching I, a course that focuses on applying methodological principles and teaching practices in elementary or secondary classrooms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teacher education and a passion for mentoring the next generation of educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach TEC 616 / 660 Student Teaching I in a remote learning format during the Summer semester of 2023.
• Guide students in applying methodological principles and teaching practices in elementary or secondary classrooms.
• Facilitate classroom observation, unit preparation, and instructional delivery.
• Lead a weekly online seminar to support student learning and reflection.
• Provide constructive feedback and assessment to students on their teaching practices.

Essential Qualifications:

• An earned Master of Education degree from an accredited institution.
