About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Functions team, providing coverage of Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and success by providing technical support and expertise to our internal customers. You will be responsible for a complex portfolio of customers, sharing leadership roles with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and evaluating the profitability and risk of designated portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise to internal customers, resolving technical issues and providing guidance on best practices
  • Share leadership roles with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that customer needs are met and that technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the portfolio, recommending changes and implementing solutions as needed
  • Evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolios, verifying compliance and reporting identified issues for resolution
  • Present recommendations to resolve technical issues, exercising independent judgment and developing expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, interacting with internal customers and receiving direction from leaders

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including:

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong understanding of computer networking, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), internet service provision (ISP), internet protocol (IP), local machine and group security policies, firewalls, and web proxy/content filtering
  • Advanced understanding of end-user operating systems, including Windows 10 and MacOS
  • Advanced understanding of settings in web browsers, including Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Proven success in problem analysis and resolution, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or higher in Information Technology
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Advanced understanding of smartphones and tablets, including Apple iOS and Android OS, using both native application and web-based functions
  • Knowledge and understanding of treasury management industry products and services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
