Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Vet Tech License / Certification (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
  • A Veterinary Technology associate's or bachelor's degree from a NAVTA and/or AVMA-CVTEA accredited program, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficient computer skills and comfort with interacting with customers and team members remotely through an online platform
  • Exemplary listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask comfortably
  • A team-oriented approach and a passion for collaborating with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, and stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and excellent customer service
