Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, ensuring that their inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and accurately. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. As a Third Shift Customer Solutions Representative, you will work closely with our team of technicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from customers to schedule jobs, handle customer service inquiries, and provide timely and accurate support
  • Initiate outbound phone calls to schedule service calls and follow up with customers as needed
  • Dispatch the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference
  • Utilize our proprietary software, including Service Titan and ClearPath, to effectively plan and dispatch jobs
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
  • Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other important details
  • Ensure accuracy of details, including customer name, phone number, address, and other relevant information, on all scheduled calls
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company
  • Collaborate with service technicians and various customers, including residential and commercial clients, to provide exceptional support and resolve issues efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Previous dispatch experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn our proprietary software and systems
  • Ability to work from home efficiently, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, including third shift hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Plumbing, Electric, and HVAC experience, or knowledge of these industries
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Certifications or training in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
