- Answering 100 or more inbound customer calls per day, ensuring prompt and professional service to each customer
 - Scheduling 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who require mechanical maintenance and repair, utilizing your knowledge of automotive services and manufacturer guidelines
 - Responding to a variety of customer inquiries, including vehicle status, service pricing, warranty, roadside assistance, complaints, and other automotive-related questions, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer concerns
 - Directing non-service appointment calls to the appropriate dealership personnel, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
 - Utilizing multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelines, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices
 
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays, with a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
 - Residency in the greater Houston metropolitan area, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 20 mbps upload and > 20 mbps download) and a quiet home office suitable for remote call center and customer service work
 - At least 6 months of recent customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
