• Develop and understand performance metrics to drive business results
• Scope out business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams to create and enhance software systems and tools used by TOC
• Quickly understand the business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions
• Systematically escalate problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and teams, following through on resolutions
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs while measuring and identifying activities performed
