Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for customer analytics and a proven track record of delivering high-impact products. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Interface, Data Ventures, and Marketing, to design and deliver top-notch customer analytics solutions that prioritize data security and customer privacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring seamless access to customer insights and analytics for internal stakeholders.
 - Define and communicate the roadmap, prioritization, and timelines for the Client Investigation Center, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
 - Ensure the development and scaling of tools that meet the security and integrity requirements of internal teams analyzing customer data and identity.
 - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of the Client Investigation Center.
 - Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
 - Foster collaboration with Engineering, blithequark Interface, Data Ventures, blithequark+, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 7 years of experience in product management.
 - Alternatively, 9 years of experience in product management or a related field.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
 - Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, with knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and seamless digital accessibility integration.
 - Awareness of accessibility best practices and a commitment to supporting an inclusive culture.
