Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team as a Digital Devices and Alexa Support Associate. This is a full-time, seasonal contract position that offers the flexibility of working from home in Colombia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via phone, chat, and email.
