Job Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and following up to ensure that the issue has been fully resolved.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, and staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, and take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies, and participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of resolving customer issues and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong educational foundation in a related field.
