Key Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections (approximately 40-50 callers per day)
 - Multitask efficiently, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless interactions
 - Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, contributing to the team's overall success
 - Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately, following scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
 - Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
 - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in your work
 - Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's objectives

Requirements and Technical Specifications
To be considered for this position, you must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey and have a quiet, distraction-free space to work. You will need a reliable, hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications: 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU. High-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 100MBps is required, and you should have a reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432). You should be able to work 40+ hours per week, including the ability to manage appointments and other responsibilities during earned vacation days or outside business hours.

Hours of Operation and Training Schedule
Our full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with the following hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern. The training schedule will be Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern. You should be available to work these hours and commit to the full training period of 90 days.
