Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our CVS Media Exchange (CMX) team. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal partner teams to build successful digital media campaigns aligned to client KPIs for new business and assigned clients. You will provide the highest level of support from pre to post-sale activities for newly activated client partnerships and coordinate pre and post-sale activities for all Self-serve and PMP accounts aligned to their vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal partner teams to build successful digital media campaigns aligned to client KPIs for new business and assigned clients.
- Act as daily point of contact for client post-sale questions and updates.
- Review and execute IOs and SKU mapping for campaign greenlight.
- QA billing terms and facilitate IO signatures.
- Coordinate launch assets and creative files with internal partners.
- Facilitate the end-to-end creative process between the advertiser and CMX's creative team.
- Provide campaign launch confirmations and screenshot.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
- Lead meeting cadences with clients to communicate key campaign performance metrics, insights, optimization recommendations, and upsell opportunities.
- Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop end of campaign reporting and presentations for clients.
- Establish reporting dashboard for all client campaigns and QA reporting metrics after launch.
- Assist with creation of sales materials as needed.
- Manage and develop strong, collaborative relationships with partners across the organization and lead cross-functional teams including Media Strategy, Optimization, AdOps, Creative, and Billing to ensure consistent communication and execution of client strategy.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous work experience in Sales, Retail Marketing, Account Management, Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- 1+ year of proven experience managing client relationships and effectively problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective multi-tasking skills with proven ability to support multiple campaigns/initiatives for multiple stakeholders.
- Team player mentality and ability to work well with cross-functional partners in a fast-changing environment.
- Analytical thinker: digest data and make recommendations.
- Organized: ability to prioritize and deliver timely work; best-in-class project management skills.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Flexible: dynamic, hard-working, and able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demands.
- Strong familiarity with digital environment: eRetail, eCommerce, or experience in a retail media network is a plus.
What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, with a typical pay range for this role being $46,988.00 - $122,400.00. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
