Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team as a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Specialist. As an FNOL Representative, you will play a critical role in providing quality inbound communication services, recording First Notice of Loss claims, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting First Notice of Loss (FNOL) and provide outstanding service to customer representatives.
• Communicate effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily available.
• Report underground damage to locate companies when applicable, following established protocols and procedures.
• Analyze photos and map the correct location of damages, utilizing your analytical skills to determine the extent of the damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to type a minimum of 55 words per minute error-free; a typing test will be required as part of the hiring process.
• Full competency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet searches, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
• Advanced phone and verbal communication skills, with excellent active listening and written communication skills.
• Excellent reading skills, with the ability to read and follow a script, and analyze and interpret photos to determine damage.
• Must be able to establish an appropriate work environment within your home for work purposes; blithequark provides the necessary computer equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of previous customer service call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus, as well as any other relevant software or systems.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in a related field.
