Key Responsibilities

• Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of blithequark and build strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance
• Become fluent in financial products, including obtaining required financial licenses (Life and Series 6) and optional licenses (Series 26, 63, 65)
• Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members who share our vision and values
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize retention and drive business growth
