Job Overview

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight them. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will bring your unique personality to every customer conversation and deliver the exceptional support experience our customers love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight them
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You should be friendly and customer-focused in every situation, with the ability to learn quickly and embrace change. You should also be comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment and have excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency).

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service (not required but an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
