Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt and Professional Communication: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and website chats in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution and Customer Support: Assist customers with their questions and concerns, using active listening skills and empathy to address and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints with patience, understanding, and a solution-focused approach, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Software Training and Onboarding: Conduct WebEx training sessions for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they're equipped to use our software effectively.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to the development, updating, and maintenance of our Knowledge Base articles, ensuring that our clients have access to comprehensive resources and support.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Sales Team and Development Team to ensure seamless communication, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Gym Management Experience: Prior experience in managing a gym or fitness business is required, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
  • Exceptional People Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and provide personalized support.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours as required, with a commitment to meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, with fluency in Spanish being a plus.
  • Residency and Location: Must be a resident of Nevada, with a preference for candidates based in Las Vegas.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, with proficiency in WebEx being preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health Club and Gym Management Experience: At least 1 year of experience in health club and gym management, providing a strong foundation in the industry.
