Position Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately submitting their meal orders. This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients, placing their meal orders and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document all conversations with clients in the client information database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure that all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file, proactively reaching out to clients as needed.
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients, collaborating to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work quickly and efficiently, without making clients feel rushed or uncomfortable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish), with fluent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • High school degree or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook), with strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear oral communication skills, with the ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints.
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values, with a strong commitment to integrity and ethics.
  • A wired internet connection using an ethernet port, with a quiet workspace that is free from distraction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of previous call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and customer service best practices.
  • Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with strong technical skills and adaptability.
  • Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Physical Requirements

  • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, with regular breaks to rest and stretch.
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods, with regular breaks to move and stretch.
  • Visual perception to perform job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with regular breaks to rest eyes.

Compensation and Benefits
