Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment, is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor, are critical for providing exceptional customer service.
