Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues for our insurance-based program. This program services an elderly and disabled community, and we're looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences with empathy and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our product and/or service, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, demonstrating strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to meet their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Customer service experience is highly desirable, particularly in a bilingual or multilingual environment.
  • Strong computer navigational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry products and services.
  • Experience working with elderly or disabled populations.

Work Environment

As a remote customer service representative, you'll work from a private residence in Texas, using a phone and computer system provided by Blithequark. You'll need to provide a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps. Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet, and you'll need to meet our technical requirements.

  • Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity.
