**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include:
*   Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
*   Providing excellent customer service through active listening
*   Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
*   Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
*   Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
**Qualifications**
We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
*   Logical problem-solving skills
*   Availability to work various shifts
*   Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume
*   Ability to use Windows operating systems
*   Ability to type 25 wpm
*   Over 18 years of age
*   High School Graduate or GED
*   Predictable and reliable attendance
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
*   6-12 months of customer service experience
*   Consistent work history
*   Proven oral and written communication skills
*   Some technical background
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home as a Customer Care Representative, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, a Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and an Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted). Your device must also meet the following requirements:
*   Minimum of 4GB RAM
*   Internet Connection Requirements:
    *   Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
    *   Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
    *   ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
    *   Proof of internet speed required
    *   Clean and quiet workspace
