Key Responsibilities
• Oversees curriculum and instructional design projects and manages the instructional design team
• Designs and develops instructional materials for various course formats, ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to create effective learning materials and leads compliance efforts related to online learning
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
• Master's degree in education technology, instructional design, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading instructional design teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing higher-education courses
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theories and practices
• Experience with project management techniques and learning management systems
