Manager of Associate Experience - Hybrid
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Leads and prioritizes work for the Associate Experience Team including various programs and processes.
• Manages members of the Associate Experience team, providing coaching, guidance, and career development.
• Develops and leads strategies to support team innovation, technology integration, process improvement, and collaboration.
• Establishes and leads administrative and logistical strategies that align with AR COE priorities.
• Acts as liaison for the TAAP program.
• Oversees the execution of the Gift of the Heart Program and makes recommendations to HR leaders.
• Develops strategy and execution of all Associate Experience reporting.
• Builds close relationships with departments and functional areas outside of Associate Experience.
• Provides leadership and guidance for the Service Now platform.
• Collaborates with Positive Associate Relations and other leaders to ensure consistent operations support.
• Coaches clients, peers, and direct reports regularly.
• Promotes and advocates Open Door through ongoing execution of all Associate Experience initiatives.
• Handles special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of human resources experience.
• Associate Relations/Experience experience preferred.
• 3 years of data analytics/reporting experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Detailed knowledge of Human Resources practices.
• Strong organization and strategic planning skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to positively influence management and teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to strategize at a high level and analyze insights and trends from data.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Solution-driven problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (with advanced expertise in Excel).
• Adept technical skills.
• Ability to multitask and adjust to competing priorities.
