Oncology Informatics Clinical Specialist, Miami Cancer Institute, FT, 8:00A - 4:30PM

About the position Responsibilities • Support educational initiatives to improve clinical performance in oncology services. • Provide daily educational support for oncology EHR users. • Promote and train on specialized provider curricula. • Support leadership and Oncology Informatics Specialists 2 on oncology provider-related projects. Requirements • Bachelor's degree is required. • Registered Nurse license. • Basic Life Support certification. • CITI certification within 90 days of hire. • 1 year of Ambulatory Oncology experience. • 3 years of Acute Care Hospital setting experience. • 1 year of Informatics (or related) experience preferred. • General understanding of and clinical insight into ambulatory and acute proactive workflows. • Demonstrated self-direction, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Nice-to-haves • BSN - Bachelor's degree in Nursing. • Preferred experience in training and competency validation of providers.
