About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager with Amazon Merchant Services, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our top-selling partners. You'll work closely with merchants who sell products across various categories, including Home and Lifestyle, to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance their business performance on Amazon. Your expertise, insights, and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in guiding merchants to achieve their strategic objectives and improving the overall end-client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction for assigned merchants
 - Collaborate with merchants to identify opportunities, address challenges, and implement best practices to optimize their Amazon business
 - Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to merchants to inform their business decisions and drive strategic outcomes
 - Foster strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty to Amazon
 - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product, to ensure alignment and maximize merchant value
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Amazon policies, and product developments to provide merchants with expert guidance and support
 - Continuously monitor and analyze merchant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
 - At least 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field, preferably in the e-commerce industry
 - Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
 
Preferred Qualifications
