Key Responsibilities
- Call Flow Design: Develop and design complex call flows, routing strategies, and contact flows in Amazon Connect to enhance customer experiences and drive business success.
 - Integration: Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services, CRM systems, and third-party applications to create seamless call center operations and ensure a unified customer experience.
 - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to call flow configuration, ensuring optimal system performance and minimizing downtime.
 - Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve call flows to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and agent productivity, driving business growth and success.
 - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of call flow designs, configurations, and changes, ensuring knowledge sharing and facilitating future improvements.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and implementing call flows in Amazon Connect, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
 - Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, Lex, and DynamoDB, and experience integrating them with Amazon Connect.
 - Proficiency in Amazon Connect Contact Flow design and AWS CloudFormation, with the ability to design and implement scalable and efficient call flows.
 - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
 - Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including customer service, technical, and business stakeholders.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Contact Center Specialty certification, demonstrating expertise in Amazon Connect and contact center solutions.
 - Experience with other AWS services, such as S3, SNS, and SQS, and knowledge of how they can be integrated with Amazon Connect.
 - Familiarity with CRM systems and third-party applications, and experience integrating them with Amazon Connect.
