About Amazon Locker

Amazon Locker is a convenient and secure way for customers to pick up and return packages at retail locations. As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in making this experience a success. You'll work in designated retail locations, such as Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, or partner retailers, to facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
  • Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing exceptional customer service
  • Work through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to Amazon's high standards
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site
  • Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receive truck deliveries and perform other tasks as needed

Physical Demands and Work Schedule

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to:

  • Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

  • Dress code: Relaxed, with a few safety rules to follow; comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required

Requirements and Qualifications
