About Our Company and the Role
Our Operations workflow is divided into three major components: First mile, where products are housed and ready for orders; Middle mile, where orders are hauled to our area; and Last mile, when products are delivered to customers' doors. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer expectations and ensuring that orders are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
 - Support, mentor, and motivate your colleagues to achieve the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
 - Manage and prioritize multiple customer contacts simultaneously, ensuring that customer delivery promises are met.
 - Collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
 - Utilize our technology and tools to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.
 - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
