Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from our provider network, responding to inquiries regarding claims, billing, plan information, account changes, and services.
- Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring high-quality service and productivity.
- Handle Medicare/Pace calls in a timely and professional manner, adhering to defined processes and guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects, prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Participate in continuing education seminars and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, handling sensitive information with care.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, providing support and collaborating on problem-solving initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Proficiency in current computer technology, with extensive experience using Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels.
- Strong problem-resolution skills, with the ability to recommend suggestions for process improvements.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:
- Exposure to health plan management operations or related experience.
- General knowledge of medical terminology.
- Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.

Training and Onboarding
To ensure your success, we'll provide comprehensive training and onboarding:
- Three weeks of training, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, starting September 24, 2023.
- Equipment will be provided after completing the onboarding process.
- You'll use your own equipment for the first three days of training.
Work Schedule
After completing training, you'll work:
- 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday.
- Between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, with a consistent schedule.
