Key Responsibilities

  • Make continuous outbound calls to customers, providing a seamless and professional experience
  • Efficiently use our on-screen script and flowchart to navigate customer interactions
  • Accurately document and update customer records based on conversations, ensuring data integrity
  • Perform warm handoffs to our partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a smooth transition

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a customer-centric approach

Shifts Available

We offer both part-time and full-time schedules to accommodate your needs:

Part-Time Schedule

  • 28 hours per week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 4 pm - 9 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm

Full-Time Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 12 pm - 8 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
