As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Spanish-speaking clients receive exceptional service, have their questions addressed, and their meal orders processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing meal orders, providing a personalized and caring experience.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy, resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately input order information into the client order screen, ensuring seamless processing and fulfillment of meal orders.
  • Document all client interactions in the client information database, maintaining detailed records and enabling continuity of care.
  • Proactively contact assigned clients to ensure they have an order on file, demonstrating a commitment to their well-being and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax to address special situations or concerns related to client care.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining a client-centric approach, avoiding a rushed or impersonal experience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools efficiently.
  • Clear and effective oral communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • The ability to deescalate tense situations and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • A commitment to adhering to company policies and embodying core values in daily interactions.
  • A reliable, wired internet connection using an ethernet port, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are highly valued:

  • Previous call center experience, demonstrating familiarity with the dynamics of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone systems, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, showcasing technical skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures, highlighting an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and compliance.

This is a fully remote position, requiring:
