Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch support and ensuring their success with our platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding customers to our service through our defined onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and setting them up for long-term success.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via various channels, including Zoom, phone, email, and online chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues by clarifying the problem, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Managing and updating our knowledge base and related customer support documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Providing feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to help drive product improvements and marketing strategies.

Location and Work Arrangement
