• Fielding basic questions and concerns about our products and services, and escalating complex issues to our Sales Representatives as needed
• Utilizing a list of phone numbers provided to contact prospective clients and meeting monthly call volume targets

Requirements and Skills

You should be persuasive, results-oriented, and have outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
