Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services and assess their interest
  • Scheduling consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives
  • Maintaining a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered, and attempting to contact prospective clients who were previously unreachable
  • Accepting inbound calls from prospective clients and responding to their queries and concerns
  • Familiarizing yourself with our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients
  • Fielding basic questions and concerns about our products and services, and escalating complex issues to our Sales Representatives as needed
  • Utilizing a list of phone numbers provided to contact prospective clients and meeting monthly call volume targets

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone etiquette and a professional, courteous disposition. You should be persuasive, results-oriented, and have outstanding listening skills and attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and you should be proficient in relevant computer applications and have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office
