Your Purpose as a Call Center Service Representative
As a Call Center Service Representative, your primary goal will be to deliver meaningful solutions for our customers through inbound phone interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
 - Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
 - Seeking to add value to each customer's experience by sharing your knowledge of our products and services
 - Inspiring our customers to tell someone about their positive experience
 - Building meaningful relationships with our customers
 - Continuously learning and developing your skills and knowledge in technology, banking, and leadership to help grow your career
 
What You Can Expect
As a Call Center Service Representative at Zions Bancorporation, you can expect:
- A 100% fully remote position (requires internet connection and workspace free from distractions)
 - 12 weeks of virtual online training that begins on December 4 at 12:30 pm MST
 - Paid training hours Monday-Friday, 12:30 pm-9:00 pm MST
 - A starting hourly wage of $17.00
 - An additional $.75 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers upon completion of training and passing a Spanish language assessment
 - An additional $.75 per hour for cross-training and proven performance after 6 months or less
 - Milestone bonuses at 6 months ($500), 12 months ($1,000), and 18 months ($1,500)
 - Flexibility to help you balance life and work; full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available after training

- Live within 90 miles of St. George, UT
 - Have a passion for serving others, learning continuously, and contributing positively to our culture
 - Enjoy interacting with customers using your outstanding communication skills
 - Have experience helping customers solve problems, educate on products/services, and putting the customer first
 - Possess knowledge of banking and financial services (a plus)
 - Be proficient in various computer software, able to navigate multiple systems, and have strong keyboarding skills
 - Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
