Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain working relationships with assigned client portfolio, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings with clients and internal team members to craft integrated digital campaigns.
- Campaign Brief Development: Generate Monthly Campaign Brief outlining integrated campaign requests and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaboration and Communication: Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Asset Management: Manage and submit assets to OEM Compliance Agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Creative Installation: Install proprietary creative into assigned clients' websites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Project Support: Assist with projects and task work as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Ensure adherence to Dealer.com's SLA with assigned clients, meeting or exceeding service expectations.
Essential Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, customer service).
- OR: Any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience.
- OR: 7 years' experience in a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.

- Proven Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer troubleshooting methodologies, with experience in a Windows environment and web-based technologies.
- Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
In-Person Attendance Requirement
Team members residing in the Burlington, Vermont or Atlanta, Georgia area will be required to be in office once per week (4 times a month). The day of the week for in-person attendance may vary.
