About the Role: Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a work-from-home basis in North Carolina. In this role, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our clients' members by answering inbound phone calls and addressing their healthcare benefits-related queries. Your excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and poise
 - Gather customer information, assess their needs, and provide solutions or educate them on products and services as needed
 - Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to efficiently resolve customer issues
 - Meet attendance requirements and maintain a high level of dependability
 - Resolve customer complaints via one-call resolution guidelines or escalated processes
 - Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
 - Balance company policy with client benefits in decision-making, ensuring fairness and customer satisfaction
 - Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
 - Document customer information and call dispositions as required
 - Embrace changes in the business environment and adapt to new processes and systems
 
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace at home with a wired Ethernet connection (20 Mb/s download, 10 Mb/s upload)
 - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, particularly to senior citizens
 - Strong decision-making and analytical skills to resolve customer issues effectively
 - The ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
 - Schedule flexibility, including weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
 - A highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
 - The ability to pass a drug screen and background check
 
Preferred Qualifications
