The Role: Client Experience Associate - Florida

As a Client Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and generating leads for our clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, taking inbound calls, capturing leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of helping the world work Anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound customer calls and provide top-notch service to our clients
  • Capture incoming leads and forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Work from your computer for the duration of your shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Be available to work a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Above-average computer skills, including typing
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
