Job Summary
As a Client Success Manager - Imaging and Clinical Decision Support Solutions, you will work closely with early adopter customer sites of AI solutions, serving as the key liaison between customer site IT, AI Vendor IT, implementation teams, data science and research teams, and clinical stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the correct data can be collected and leveraged by the Health Care Economics team during AI pilots, with the ultimate objective of securing future insurance reimbursement. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., taking on challenging projects and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary expert supporting proposals and specifying required needs to clients, IT teams, data science and research teams, and AI vendors.
 - Client Engagement: Work hands-on with health systems clients' staff to ramp up new processes supporting the program.
 - Executive-Level Communication: Collaborate with executives and program managers at large health systems, imaging centers, or hospitals.
 - Stakeholder Management: Build consensus among various stakeholders and drive different teams and timelines, both internal and external to the business unit.
 - Problem-Solving: Engage in dynamic problem-solving and think creatively when challenges arise during implementation or pilots.
 - Performance and Development: Be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that challenges you and provides clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as development opportunities for other roles you may be interested in.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of Client Success Manager experience at a PACS, AI, or Radiology Imaging Vendor.
 - Familiarity with Hospital IT: Proven broad familiarity working with Hospital IT, understanding of EHR and interoperability challenges.
 - Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders that might be geographically widespread and in different time zones.
 - Radiologist Workflow: Proven understanding of radiologist workflow in a hospital or imaging center.
 - Presentation and Communication: Experience in heavy customer-facing presentation and information discovery.
 - Microsoft Office Suite: Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare AI Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience with healthcare AI and working knowledge of Health IT standards.
 - Radiology Technologist or PACS Admin: Experience as a Radiology Technologist or PACS Admin.
 - Imaging Workflow with AI: Proven understanding of imaging workflow with AI.
 - Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Expertise with solutions, vendors, and customers in medical imaging IT, along with solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills within a multicultural environment.
 - Problem-Solving and Critical Reasoning: Proven advanced problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
 - Internal Negotiating Skills: Solid internal negotiating skills.
 - Decision-Making: Ability to make timely decisions.
 - Personal Energy: Solid personal energy and ability to energize others.
 - Insurance Reimbursement: Proven understanding of insurance reimbursement for AI (NTAP, CPT III codes).
